Terms of Service

This is a free, non-commercial hobby site for making images, edits, 3D models and audio with AI models running on our own hardware. By using it — in the browser or through the API — you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use the site.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older. Some models can produce adult content, so the site is not for minors, whether or not you have an account.

What you may not make or upload

  • Any sexual or sexualised content involving minors, real or fictional, including "aged-up" or ambiguous characters. Prompts and images are checked automatically; hits are held for review, logged, and reported to the authorities where the law requires it.
  • Sexual, nude or humiliating images of a real, identifiable person — whether you edit their photo or generate their likeness — and any image of a real person made to deceive, harass, threaten or defame them.
  • Content that is illegal where you or we are, including infringing someone else's copyright or trademark.
  • Harassment, hate, threats, or content that promotes violence against people.
  • Images meant to pass as real evidence (fake documents, IDs, news photos) or to impersonate someone.

Photos of real people

The edit tools (Flux Kontext, Qwen Edit, Inpaint, Outpaint) ask you to confirm that you have the consent of everyone recognisable in the photo before each edit. Only upload photos you have the right to use. That confirmation is recorded with the job.

What we keep

Every job is logged with your user ID (or guest ID), your IP address, the tool used and whether you confirmed consent. This log is kept for 90 days for abuse investigations, including after you delete your data. The Privacy Policy explains what else we keep and for how long.

Your content

You keep whatever rights you have in your prompts and uploads, and we claim no ownership of what you make. You give us the permission we need to store and process them to run the service. AI output may not be protected by copyright, may resemble existing work, and can be wrong or offensive — you're responsible for how you use it. Model licenses may limit use (several models here are licensed for non-commercial use only).

Sharing, reports and takedowns

Nothing is public unless you make a share link. Anyone can report a shared job with the Report link on its page, or by email. We review reports and may take content down, keep it as evidence, and suspend the account or network that made it.

Enforcement

We may refuse jobs, delete content, and suspend or ban accounts, guests or IP addresses that break these terms or abuse the service (for example by flooding the queue). If the safety filter flagged something by mistake, you can appeal it from the job.

The API

API keys are for your own scripts. The same rules apply, and by creating a key you confirm that every photo you edit through it has the consent described above. Don't share keys or use them to resell the service.

No warranty

The site is provided as is, by one person, for free. It can be slow, go down, lose jobs, or change at any time, and features or models may be removed. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss from using it.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. When they change in a way that matters, you'll be asked to accept them again.
